Anyone around Las Vegas?

    Short notice I know but I'm going to be in Vegas this weekend...... and on saturday I talked the old lady into renting a trike (she's not to fond of bikes yet) from eagle rider. It's going to be a Harley but I'm pretty sure no one rents XJ's let alone XJ trikes in Vegas.

    So long story short.... anyone up for a ride? Show me some good motorcycle spots? I've seen all the hotels... Heck I saw most of them built. I grew up in Kingman. So no Oatman, no hoover dam, no grand canyon. I'm scheduled to pick it up at 10 a.m. If no one wants to ride any ideas on short rides near town?

    I'm in Reno, 450 miles north and my bikes not done yet. Maybe next time!

    The SO wants to go there for sunset. We looked at it as a wedding location before we decided to have it here in MD.

    So as a follow up.... We got a goldwing. Decent trike. Too many buttons and controls for me but nice just the same. We went down to Hoover Dam saturday afternoon to see the bridge arch that is almost finished. Then the next morning out to Valley of Fire. We took the long way back along the lake. Fantastic ride. Eagle Rider in Vegas was great. Oh I almost forgot, some guy renting a bike rode around the building (requirement) and when he stops dropped the big Harley Road King right on it's side. I had to laugh even though I felt bad for the guy. The only thing hurt was his pride he said he misjudged the weight when he stopped.
