Does anyone know if the aftermarket on/off fuel tap that is listed on ebay for an xj650 for $29.99 is a bolt on petcock that requires no modification to the tank?

You can rebuild your original petcock for around 30 with quality parts.

I believe the petcock i have now is for a different bike. The hose nipples pint towards the front of the bike, and the hoses have difficulting reaching.

I picked that one up last week and so far so good. It fit just fine with no modifications to the tank and hasnt leaked at all. Only thing is it is not quite as easy to turn from on to reserve as the original one was but not impossible.
