Are the boots the same????

    I need to know if the intake boots that go from the motor to the carbs are the same for a 82 xj650j and a 81 seca 650 turbo? If anyone knows please respond. Thanks

    I have no idea why. But the parts book shows 82-83 turbo intake boots only fitting the turbo models

    It says they wont fit but they do there alittle off set but u can use them i have them on my 81 xj650 and the boots are from a 83 650 turbo seca. I like the turbo manifolds better cause they have o-rings instead of gaskets.
