8O Got head&cylinder off b4 lunch. The 2 front rt side inner studs are rusted, the one w the aligning dowel is eaten enough to be weak. The bores had a little rust but not bad enough for rebore. It looks like I may seek donor engine but $ tight-like 4 everyone. May try a swap of the xs360 for a crasher or some such w good mill. I'll get her stripped completely and boxed up. It looks like the Buffalo will get assembled sooner. Guzzi John

Hi,My Buffalo is stock but for J&R pipes and Newtronic ignition. Had it running summer b4 last but suffered coolant leakage into tranny so stripped again. They are a neat machine(I'm an old 2stroke nut-many Bridgestones and my RD400 racer)it cruised like a turbine at 75 but was thirsty at that speed. GuzziJohn

yup they're cv's-no boggum carbs, early models had plain slides. CV's aren't hiper but they do a good job all around.GJ
