I just got done rebuilding my calipers and bleeding the system on my 750 Seca and I noticed that the diagnostic on the Atari shows a "BRK" fault. I double checked the MC and it is full and I have great brakes. Anyone run into this?

Yes there is a sensor in the front master cylinder that says if the fluid is low. It may be stick or no good.
Also, if there is a short in any of the wires going to the brake light, it will come on. And, if a light bulb is burned out, or not gounded properly, that light will come on.
On my 750 Seca, that light stayed on all the time and there was nothing wrong, anywhere with the bike. I'm so glad I took it off and sold it.

I would also guess the sensor has an air bubble in it . or the bulb burned out. What you can try is unbolt the mc where the sensors are point that end down apply the brake several times let it sit overnight in that position hopefully the air will dissipate

Maybe tap the master with a screwdriver handle also to dislodge trapped air or the float if that is what is has in it.

Yeah ... probably trapped air bubble since it worked before I performed all the brake work. I will try the tapping trick like Waldo says and if that doesn't work I will unbolt the MC and see if I can't force the bubble out. Thanks guys!

I was thinking tapping in addition to removing or at least loosening and rotating let us know how it works out
