    Any suggestions?
Looking for black bar end mirrors but not willing to pay righteous bucks for them. They say that the ones selling for $25 are crap. Is this true. Also, $100 for two mirrors? Are you kidding me? There must be something in the middle. I pm'd chacal for pictures of the ones he's selling but never received them. I know he's busy...(that was not a jab) Relax...I love him too. Does anyone have mirrors that are of decent quality and willing to sell?

exacto knife, or if you put the grips on just tap the end of the bars with a hammer and the bar will cut it's way through the grip, poof open end grips :)

What is the difference if you get grips with no ends in them or cut the ends off existing grips? Either way, it'll work.
The cheaper plastic bike barend mirrors work pretty well and are really cheap at dept stores.
