    I just took my wheels off and put all of the bolts, nuts, and washers together in the same place. I got new tires put on the rims but ran into a few problems putting the bike back together:

    1. The front wheel does not spin easily. Is something too tight? What bolts, nuts, washers, and spacers are supposed to go where? Pics please (next time it would be a good idea for me to take some).

    2. I am left with an extra washer and feel like I am supposed to have another bolt for the underside of where the swingarm holds the axle. Once again, what bolts, nuts, washers, and spacers are supposed to go where?

    3. I also tightened the brake bolt too tight and snapped it. What strength of a bolt should I get and what are the torque specs of all the bolts involving the wheels?

    We might be able to give a bit more specific advice if we knew what bike you're working on;

    However, you either need a manual or to study the parts fiche carefullly.

    You have to be especially careful of the speedometer gear box when refitting the front wheel on ANY XJ.
