Bolts to remove brake pads stuck

    The bolts in the front calipers that holds the brake pad in, are stuck. one side is pretty much stripped, only has a little grip left for the allen wrench. Looks like the previous owner had some problems in this area too. Any ideas?

    Lots of penetrating oil, heat, hand impact wrench, dremel to cut a screwdriver slot in bolt for impact wrench if haed strips out.

    I've heard Chacal (our parts guy) say he's experienced bolts needing over 100Lb/f to crack them so you're not alone here. (Chacal will be able to supply the bolts & other brake rebuilding parts you could ever need too by the way) :)
