Heading to the shop tomorrow for new rubber. What should I do to the bike since the wheels are already off? Everything came apart easily, the axles are pretty dirty, but they had some sort of grease on them. Thanks

DON't let sand/dust blow into the bearings during transit !!
    Check bearings, re-grease or replace.
    grease the drive spline
    check rear shoes for delamination
service/lubricate ALL rear brake pivot points, including removal of brake pedal, re-grease.
blast some grease into the steering neck bearings.
inspect forks for play - - swingarm also.
paint all those rusty spots under your battery.

And that's just for starters !
