It won't have any electrical issues and get's AWESOME mileage.
Cost about half as much as my XJ700 but something tells me it won't go as fast.

It should be a lot more capable of chasing my daughter down the trails on her mountain bike though.

And NO >> I'm NOT SELLING MY X!!!

And I was expecting to see a Spyder. I did the mountain biking deal for a while. Funny thing. I got more beat up and bloody on that thing that I have on a motorcycle.

Noticed that you also opted for the uber comfy seat.

I'm still REALLY interested in the Spyder.
I've managed to avoid riding one for fear it will follow me home!

There are a bunch of "rails to trails" places close to us to try. Hopefully I can keep up with a 7 year old

    NO spandex!
A tee shirt and jeans will work fine for me :)

It's a lot further to fall than the seat of my X though.
Quality time with the kids since their mom doesn't think it's appropriate for a 4 yr old to be on a motorcycle

Be careful, you might start running lean. You may want to purchase a spare tire, over use will cause excessive wear on your dunlop.
