I recently ordered 27 OEM parts from BoulevardSuzuki.com. 24 were in stock within the OEM distribution system. 4 were back-ordered but shipped within a week of the other parts. I placed my order on a Friday afternoon and the 24 parts were shipped on the following Wednesday. I received my back order parts today (holiday delayed obviously).

After searching around for 3 "critical" part numbers for this order, I found BoulevardSuzuki.com by chance while searching for reviews of a different OEM supplier chain website store. Every time I thought I found the cheapest OEM store, I found another one. The 1st one I considered LOST my first few emails/submitted inquiries and was slow to respond even after I called them. The next site I selected was slightly cheaper, but didn't have the best online reviews. That is how I found BoulevardSuzuki.com. They had even cheaper prices and had a FREE SHIPPING deal for orders over $100. NO PROBLEM my order was $258 through them.

I chose alternative OEM sources for THIS order because the "critical" parts (2qty each of 3 part numbers) I wanted to order cost nearly as much as my entire order from our friendly neighborhood vendor. That being said, no vendor has the lowest prices on every part available. BoulevardSuzuki.com was in fact higher on other parts that I didn't need to order at this time.

Overall I'd rate them at 95% satisfied on price and speed of shipment. The other 5% was lost to not letting me know the parts were on back order prior to shipping and the fact that not everyone is willing to wait 2-4 extra business days before BoulevardSuzuki.com can ship you the parts they need to order.

P.S. They are currently working on rebuilding their website. I had to search the cache files on other sites and copy/paste the OEM part numbers I needed into their parts search engine. A little bit of work, but sometimes less $$ is worth a little bit of work and less rapid delivery.

This has been my personal experience with BoulevardSuzuki.com for my initial order.
You experience and patience may vary.
