I opened up my flasher relay and it was completely rusted out with a piece of it fallen off. I tried a couple new 3 prong relay and nothing worked. Right now I have a brand new HD13. Been staring at the wiring diagram and can't seem to make much sense of what's going on.

I have an 81 xj750 seca. I'm hoping to get the bike back on the road by the end of tonight.

    Thanks, Raymond

Instead of deleting your issue, please enlighten us to what your problem was (pics?) and tell us what your solution was (pics?). This way if someone else does a search here, they might find your solution to be what they where looking for.
    Not harping on you though.
    good day.

A three prong auto realy will not work. The XJ relay is specific to Yamaha, and very different from any other relay. A two prong relay will do the job, but you will lose the auto-cancel function. Connect the new two-prong relay so both brown wires on the plug connect to the terminals on the relay.
