    :) :) :)

Just wanted to know if I take the air pods off of my carbs and look into them while simultaneously twisting the throttle should all four carbs operate at the same time?

If not, then what should be the order of operation?

    1,3,2,4....????

    2,3,1,4....????

    3,1,4,2...????

    Regards,

    W. D.

They should all move together - should be true even if they are out of sync.

A visual inspection should be able to get them in the ballpark on the bench where you can look through them. On the bike I doubt whether you can see well enough to learn anything.

Carl's right; the difference between perfectly sync'ed and horribly out of sync is NOT something you can "see" that's why it's done using vacuum gauges or a manometer.
