I took my carbs off and cleaned them, they had some build up that needed to be cleaned, but not bad. I took them off because I was dumping fuel out of my air box, but after cleaning then it's still dumping, don't know at any help suggestions?

Before you do that you need to go to The Church of Clean. Your problem is directly related to the float needles not shutting the fuel flow off. This can happen for a number of reasons, including perished float needle seat gaskets. A quick rinsing out of the carbs will just have you chasing your tail. Do the full job, and do it correctly.
