Doubtful, it is most likely a few hours in a dip then maybe they reset your air screws close to each other.
Rejetting your carbs would require a lot more time than $300 would buy.

    no to the jets.

i don't know where you plan on taking them to get worked on, but plan on being frustrated and needing to FINISH working on them / adjusting them after you put them back on your bike.

Make sure they DON'T "dip" them; for $300 they're not breaking the rack and replacing the throttle shaft seals. However if they submerge the rack in carb cleaner they will make it so that YOU have to.

Your bike needs to have its valve clearances checked and adjusted before any carb work. This is something that needs to be done every 5000 miles. If ignored engine damage will eventually occur.

You really might want to invest in a service manual and learn to do some of this basic maintenance yourself. Paying somebody to maintain a 30-year old bike will get really expensive really fast.

When I bought my bike someone on this forum told me that no one would take care of my bike as well as I could and would, and that was true. $115 and the forks still leak (I'm going to do it now), $225 and I still had to remove, clean, sync, and replace the carbs. It's not hard, it just takes time and patience the first time. There are some very good instructions on this forum regarding carbs and I suggest you take some time to read them and then do it yourself. It really does sound a lot more difficult than it is. Good luck.
