1. Some members were not receiving emails sent from XJbikes.com. For example: "Forgot your password?" function to reset your password would not send email to some members. I believe this has been resolved now. Please use "Contact Us" form (see page footer link) if you still have email issues. SnoSheriff

Not sure it would be worth the effort but in the XJ chat tech department a button "View Posts by catagory"

    Catagorys:
    Frame "Main"
    swingarm
    steering head
    forks
    oils

    Engine "Main"
    drive
    gearbox

    Electrical "Main"
    Lights
    fuses

    Wheels and tyres "Main"
    bearings

Or something like that , i realize all posts now would have to be sorted and flagged [i'll help if i can] , this is not to say change the way the forum works as i you do great now and one likes to read all as later on if one remembers the info it might come in handy some day so i find all is a must read , but and here is the big but , if one is a regular forum visitor and need or remembered a post on a particular subject maybe it would be easyier to get there by catagory eg:My wyfe left me as i care about the bike more? 8O

Would this be too much Trouble or a waste of time? as the search facility is there anyways and the amount of work pumped into the catagorys would be too much compared to the search function?

I no critizise , typing out aloud....

Are you talking about having more detailed breakdown rather then XJ Chat? That can be done but some people post multiple problems in one thread so the threads would cross boundries.
