Changing Fork Oil

    Can anyone tell me when or how often you should change fork oil?

    I don't know what the manual recommends, if it even does so. Under normal riding habits, I'd say every 10k miles or three years. Not that often.

    If you're unsure when the last time it was done, I'd go ahead and do it just so you know.
