Chopped the Back Bone

    Well I wanted to run this 100 enduro tank and the only way it would fit was to modify the frame. :D

    Like the tank on there! What did you use to form the fishmouth on the frame members that you added???

    What do you mean by fish mouth? If you are referring to were we tied it all together, we cut the two tubes coming up at 45 degree angles and then cut the main down tube into the shape of a arrow head so that it would fit into the 45. We were off by a half inch so we dropped the weight of the bike on it and it raked the front a bit but all the lines lined up and we welded it. We the cut two pieces of 12 guage steel and boxed the top and the bottom in. Turned out very strong.

    I was talkin' about where the original frame (at the rear tire) member comes up and dies into the new tubin'. Hope that's clearer (LOL). Thanks...
