    I'm doing some testing of forum software for an Autism group's server I will be setting up and need some people to bang on the test bed for me.

    The test server is here:

    http://www.terminalcore.net/phpBB2/

    This isn't what will be the final server - that's going to be loaded up behind the firewall before I set it up.

    Also - what software is XJBikes running its forums on? Just curious.

    For those that are curious the above server is a Cobalt MIPs RAQ2 running NetBSD 3.0 with Apache2, PHP4(?), Mysql4, Mediawiki, and PHPBB2.

    I'm not looking for a dDOS here or anything just regular random posts. Hopefully my business DSL will handle the load. It likely won't be that heavy.

    My attempt to register and test post ... denied.

    Confirmation Code Error ... although I TRIPLE-checked the Code.

    Hmm...not sure what's going on.

    It wouldn't let you enter the confirmation code from the e-mail? Or is it the visual captcha that can't be entered?

    Huh. I guess there's something screwed up with the image processing stuff.

    *shrug* I don't think they'll need that anyway immediately. It's nice to know that the forums function as designed except for that small piece.

    I think I'll see if I can't rustle up a bunch of people to post all at once and see what it does with my connection. I think that will box before the server does.
