So I’m working on an XJ I bought off a guy, and I really want to take this thing out into the Mojave and across California (I live in Los Angeles). My big concern is that my XJ will overheat or the stock shocks will not be good enough to handle the job. Any advice on how to keep the temps down, how to upgrade the bike in any way, or just anyone who has taken their bikes places they weren’t meant to go.
