Ok I recently put a set of drag bars on my 650 Seca. Now when I turn the bars all the way L/R, they slap the tank and dent/chip off paint. I tought of maybe putting small risers on it, or making slightly larger bump stops. Has anyone had this problem and figured a way to fix it(besides not turn the bars all the way.

I did the exact same thing and had the same problem. I purchased a set of risers off of ebay for about 30 bucks and it solved the problem. Ill take some pics of them this weekend and post them so you can take a look.
    Cheers

I have the same problem on my Seca. I figured I would just put a thin rubber damper (ala tank pad) on the contact point to avoid chipping the paint.

Yea I was gonna weld a bump stop in. But I wanted to try other ways first. Since my drag bars have a slight bend it worked great just to turn them up slightly. :)
