Electrical question

    So I just got this bike for really cheap and it needs a fair amount of work. When i turn the key nothing happens, no lights, no nothing. i replaced the torn apart fuse box with a new one from chacal but it didnt help. I guess I just need to start poking around with a voltage meter? Any suggestions on where to start?

    follow the power, test the battery, switch, fuse block, and just keep going something isn't connecting somewhere.
