SO I recently eliminated the factory air box and installed 4 pods now I’m up to the challenge of tuning but what is the best way to go about the crank case vent should I make a bridge to distribute the vapor or should I just put a breather on it?

Yep. It seems to be a drawn out hit and miss methodology. At the very least save the carb to airbox boots and use them to mount the pods.

Yep, Fitz is right.... Get those valves adjusted first then do a colortune and sync.
