Hey all. Was looking at my fuel problem again after a long time of ignoring the bike, and realized that one of my enrichment plungers was not seated. I pushed down on it and found that it would seat. So off came the carbs again. Tear down showed broken spring on that plunger. New springs on all four plungers and also new rubber seals. Popped carbs back in and it idles beautifully.:D Thanks Len for the great service and advice. Had the parts earlier than expected. Make sure you buy your parts from Len at XJ4ever. Can't beat the service. Just need to finish painting the bike and tune carbs and then I can ride this puppy. WooHoo! Thanks all for the great info. Love this site.
