I'm just looking for some details here. I have decided that I am going to wrap my pipes. I intend to wrap the headers + collector. I have seen some pics here and there of some that are wrapped. I'd like to know how much I need to do the job?

I think I remember someone saying 50' will cover the headers but I want to do the collector too. So will the 50' cover me for the collector too or will I need more?

    Any clues?

What header do you have? Also the width of the wrap matters. It takes half as much 2" wrap as 1". I wrapped my custom2-1 back to the mufflers with 50 feet of 2" barely. There are calculators online to help.

I've used both DEI and Thermocool and they were the same except price.

If you ride in the rain alot it absorbs the moisture which then turns to steam and you're riding a fog machine.
