so, i have been pretty bored and i was thinking about making a tutorial on how to make a custom fairing for maybe some mold making. Would anybody be interested in this? If i would make a mold would anybody be interested in buying them or even buying the mold? The premise is a tight fitting fairing that would go over the top of the headlight and fit against the gauges snug, pretty much street fighter style

I have been thinking about lifting a fairing from an old S model Airhead to mount on my Seca 650 for touring purposes.

    http://www.bmwr90s.co.uk/imagesforweb/G ... S_R90S.jpg

I did some crude measuring on an R90S that was at the shop a couple of weeks ago, and the fairing looked like a pretty good fit, except for the headlight aperture. Has anyone tried this?

    How about this one?

If not, go to Google Images and type in BMW R90/S. That's the type of fairing I'm talking about.
