Fire sale on 82 Yamaha XJ 650 RJ Seca parts and 82 Yamaha XJ 650 LJ Seca Turbo parts!

Mostly turbo parts but lots of RJ parts too.

Basically, I came home with yet another project bike (taking my total to 3) and the wife has issued the ultimatum! I have to lose one - the one being lost is the Turbo since it is mostly in pieces anyway.

People - I have hundreds of parts that I need gone. No reasonable offer refused! Repeat - I just want them gone.

If you are looking for that hard to find part - PM me and I bet I have it. First come first serve.

This forum has been good to me over the years so you guys get first crack. Ebay gets the next crack. I'll put a detailed list together shortly.

    Thanks for reading.
    Rob

You have GOT to be kidding........3?!?!?! only THREE!?!?!?? She's giving you the ultimatum to lose ONE?!?!?! I think I could tell you WITCH (oops) one to LOSE.........uh-oh------did I say that out loud? <G>

She needs to see some of the other lists at the bottoms of signatures........oh, lets see........maybe..........mine, for example? Look at how many bikes have been rescued, restored, brought to glory, etc...... because of all of us!

    Too bad I don't have an rj.........................................yet.

Yes - you have quite a lot of bikes in your sig! Single? :)

Anyways - I've pretty much given up on the Turbo and just want to make some room in the garage.

A few PM's coming in. So far, I have everything people have asked for. I'll be putting a picture package together for those that PM'd me so you can see what you're buying.

Rob, do you have one of those plastic "650" caps that plug into the handlebar cover on the Turbos??

What about the oil cooler cover that I tried to steal from slowboattochina?? 8)

Do you have a good turbo (just in case)?? Sloboat hasn't started his bike up yet and it has quite a few miles on it.

No, not single. ......22yrs this coming summer. Once she got over being PO'd when I got my first bike, she got her own gear and started riding along with me (on the back, not on her own.......she won't do that). Then once she got past the "what, another one" phase, and the 'you can't have any more' phase, I was able to get her into the "I thought you said you were getting some bike parts, not parts bikes". Now things are at the "i don't know what he has, they come and they go" phase. I'm working on getting her to the "I don't know what's out there....I just ignore it all" phase.

Work at it slowly, carefully, and methodically.....you'll get her there, too. It's only taken 10 years..............

I even brought in two Raider snowmobiles a couple hours ago, and she didn't even say a thing. :)
