    ok i have got my bike to a nice idle and got #4 plug brown 3# close
    #2 close but #1 i got good spark and when i pull the cap wile running it changes idle and hesitates a little but when i pull any other plug off 324 the bike will die and i have tried diferent plugs in #1 and like i said spark looks good also the pipe is not supper hot its hot but i can touch not leave my hand but can touch also when i move the mixture screw on #1 carb it doesnt make much diference? but the bike running really good with just a sleight idle blurp but yoiu have to listen for it. if the #1 wasnt fireing wouldnt it run like crap at idle and at higher rpms? almost seams like i have a air leak in the intake boot on #1 would that make it not fire all the way? also when doing a chop test #1 plug doesnt seam to be affected that easy, like the rest were all black so i turned in mixture, but #1 i can still see the metal, and a little carbon were the electode is? sounds like itsa not firing fully

    any thoughts? thanks

    Most likely the carb on #1 isn't delivering enough fuel, as you confirmed spark, and swapped plugs around.

    There are many things that would cause this, so check- -
    * float level
    * intake boot condition, and head to boot seal
    * Pilot screw "O" ring , clean the well passages, and the jet.

    Then there's the valve lash, that could be holding a valve open, causing low compression #'s
