Where is it? I have the bike torn down and cant find it. I also cant get the blinkers to work. Where should it be i guess then.... Or maybe the wiring diagrams from 82 are completely different. I dunno. Mines an 83 and im looking at an 82 diagram.

Best I can tell, it's located right by the coils, probably on the frame.
You might have to remove the fuel tank to get to it.

yea the bikes torn down already but i cant find it anywhere... But theres a lot of cut up wires on the harness so my guess is the previous owner took it out...

Not that that matters to me Im using some strobe relay thats built in on my LED cluster so all i have to do is supply power.

Tarnation, that just chaps my bum! Hacked harnesses are trouble with a capital T! Your going to have to find out which of the wires floating there are the three you need to place a new relay on. For an 83 750 K your looking for a Brown/White, Brown, and Yellow/Green. The Brown is supplied 12VDC, the Brown/White goes to your turn signal switch (application: right hand side), and the Yellow/Green goes to the self-canceling unit. I'm going to bet the PO hacked it to eliminate the self-canceling unit, but that is just a guess. Oh yes, if you have the 83 650 K your wires are exactly the same for application. Good luck. Hey, take a picture and post it where I can see it, and get the book! This should be an easy fix.

good work on using the relays, in which case it doesnt matter where the flasher is, if the lights are like mine. You can wire them straight from the battery to the switch on the handlebars, then back to the signal and you're done.
