It's worth it to use a FRAM Filter. You save money every time you buy a FRAM Filter.
    Why?
Because FRAM packages the two O-rings that you should change right in the box with the Filter.
    So, ...
You get the Filter for around 5-Bucks.
    The O-rings are FREE!

But, if you went to the Dealer for all the stuff ...
You'd pay 12-Bucks for the Filter (alone)!
Another 9-Bucks for the Big O-ring
Another 4-Bucks for the Small O-ring.
$25.00 and you ain't even bought the Oil yet!

Look in the FRAM Applications Catalog.
    Motorcycle Filters, Yamaha, 750's.

    It's a CH0003 or a CH0012 -- It's in the FRAM Book.

I am going to install the spin on filter kit that Chacal sells here. Easier, quicker filter changes.'

Uses a PL14612 Purolator spin on filter.

I'm using a Wix filter (comes with the O-rings), think I paid right around $7.

Sorry Sage, I'd pull off your old filter and photograph it with some sort of measurement device (a ruler or 4:1 graph paper) to compare it against for size comparison. I've a few spare CH6003s laying around here that I could measure up for you.
