I went out and replaced my fork seals woohoo but not woohoo because on one of the forks the bottom bolt that holds the fork together wont tighten up all the way. it tightens to a certain point and the nut/bolt thing it bolts into inside the fork keeps spinning. is this fine or what should i do if not?
