Fried my starter solenoid and wondering if i can get a Replacement from autozone. Several are listed on their website as "fit varies" so im wondering if i can just pick one and strap it in or if i have to get an oem replacement from bike barn or something.

Will any solenoid work or does it have to be yamaha specific

any automotive starter solenoid will probably work. The wiring connections will be different for the start button wires.

most automotive solenoids use their mounting point as a ground so they only have one wire going to it to energize the windings.

Still do-able, just something to consider.

Yup, I get all the hard gear (i.e. not fluids) form XJ4ever. Just PM Chacal with what you need, make sure you list your bike year and model. He'll send you a quote and list other things you may need as part of the replacement. You send back what you want and get a final price.

    Easy peasy.
