Misaligned front or rear wheel, bad front tire, unbalanced front wheel, bad springs in the forks, no oil in the forks, even a badly warped brake disc could do it.

    Or...

Having lived through the ownership of a Vmax (known for their weave and wobble issues) I understand the problem can bee a little elusive.

In general speed wobbles come from one of three sources:

Wheel/Tire - Roundness problems. Balance problems. Tread irregularity.
Inflation issues. Intermittent drag from brake (warped rotor)

Steering - Bearings (worn, overtightened). Bent triple trees. Top tree twisted slightly.

Forks - Low/uneven oil. Worn bushings (lower bushings in particular). Worn fork lowers. Bent/worn tubes.

If the wobble can be induced at any speed it is not likely to be the tire.
If it happens at a specific speed each time it is almost surely coming from the wheel/tire.

The simplest place to check is the front wheel. It is easy to have it checked or balanced (high speed instead of static).
