I have replaced the bearings in the front end of my Seca, and now the wheel will not spin freely. Any suggestions?

Check the calipers for brake shoes dragging on the disc.

Yeah, I went back out and checked everything again, and found the problems. One, the pin that the calipers float on was all gummed up and they weren't moving freely. Two, I installed new breaks and they fit a bit too tight, and they were binding.

If the binding continues you will most likely need to rebuild the calipers and the master cylinder. You did at least replace the brake fluid, right?
