hy guys I have started with the modification on my yamaha xj550 , 83 year.

And I encountered a problem, I'm about to change the fuel tank with a new on from a different bike, and I don't have the fuel pipe.

The guys on my forum warned to check if my bike has regular (gravity) pipe or it is on vacuum.

I realy don't know how to check than so I figured to ask here.

    so can anyone help me.

gravity would have a single line from the tank petcock to the carbs. The vacuum would have an additional line coming from the carb area going to the petcock for a toal of 2 lines at the petcock.
