Just wondering with the wet clutch which is better.. I just filled with full synthetic specifically for the wet clutch.. I run full synthetic (castrol switch from royal purple) in my 4x4 and works very well - good pressure - however, my buddy says he won't run it, but he'll run synthetic blend only in his quads and dirtbike..

Synthetics are far superior to the old dinasour oil. I can't believe the difference it made on some of my bikes. They shift easier and quieter. The engine seems to run smoother. I run Amzoil motorcyle oil in my bikes and change it once a year.
One of my frineds just switched to synthetic in his FLH Harley and had to turn the idle down it ran so much smoother after he switched. The only problem he had was the oil leak he had got worse, so he had to replace a gasket (older Harleys are known for leaking oil as most people are well aware of)
also, they seem to start easier (turn over better) in cold weather because the oil is more fluid when the rmperature drops, unlike conventional oil. PD
