    Hi
My bike ran just fine for over a year. I changed the clutch perch and MC so this required unpluging the wiring and swapping the parts. Everything works but the bike starts, stalls and then wont start again, just keeps turning over.

If I take the headlight out it starts right up. This makes me think that it is a wiring issue. There are so many wires in there and some of them are not connected to anything?
    Any ideas?

    THanks

Yep, I think that's a clue alright! Why not trace the wiring out according to the manual?

You need to determine if it Fuel or Electrical in nature.
Get a spare Spark Plug and Plug it into the No.-4 Plug Cap.
Turn ON the Ignition and Press the Start Button.
Make sure the Test Plug is grounded-out and look to see if its sparking???

    Let us know.
