ground cable

    so im about done with my bikes work i have been doing for the past 7 months (should of just started a damn thread for this thing) and i cant remember were the ground cable attaches, i know i could just find a spot on the frame but i like to keep them as OEM as possible.

    could anyone give me a good pic of an 82 XJ750J (or similar) ground cable. (i think this one went to the motor but its been so long i cant remember lol

    The Ground Cable is attached to the Engine just behind the Starter.

    i thought it went in that area, but i also have a cable running from the motor (attached behind the starter) to the frame, should i attach it to that same bolt? then technically it would be grounded to the frame....

    It should go from the engine to the neg on battery.
