Handlebar Controls

Whenever I look at the XJ4Ever parts page, I get considerably overwhelmed and confused. I was wondering if anybody caan help me, as I need/want to buy new controls for my handlebars left and right. To include brake, clutch, starter, horn, etc...

 

On the left; you're talking about the "switch pod" (containing the horn, turn signals, high beam and "choke" lever) plus a "clutch perch" (with lever.) The clutch perch also has the clutch interlock switch plugged into it.

On the right; you have another "switch pod" which also contains the throttle assembly, plus the brake master cylinder which is also the lever mount, and has the brake light switch plugged into it.

Depending on what bars you're using, you may not want the stock master cylinder, as it's angled to accommodate the original "buckhorn" bars.

The best guy to help you is the guy whose catalog it is. Send chacal a PM or email with your bike info and the specifics of what you want to accomplish and he'll get you the correct pieces. Especially if you're running non-stock bars. He'll probably have a few options for you.
