When I run my bike one day it fires right up on the next day or two.
I barely have to touch the starter.

But lets say I don't ride it for 2 weeks, then I have to crank it for a while to get it started. I always start it with full choke on.
When it finally fires it sounds like it is barely running, but then the idle starts to increase and goes to full idle with the choke on.
    After that it runs good.
I still need to do some tweaking because it's still not where it was when I bought it. It used to run like clock work.

It seems like there isn't any gas in the carbs ???

    Thanks,

No, it's a new battery about 4 months old.
I didn't try moving the petcock lever to prime.

Try turning it to PRI for 30 seconds. It'll probably start right up.
