those shocks are THE SAME as the ones I bought, I looked at mine and those pics, they're the same.

Also, a pic shows they're posh racing project brand, I just got posh grips in the mail today

they look the same just different sellers...... the seller you posted dosn't sell with black springs like i want unfortunatly.

they look good and have adjustments so i should be able to tighten them up for riding 2 up.......... anything is better then my 28 year old stockers

Those Shocks that Schooter bought look like Worx "Knock-offs".

Schooter sent me the name on them; but I haven't found anyone in my Network that has heard of them.

    They ... "L@@K" Great.
The question is: How do they perform?

I used Progressive Suspension 12-Series on both of my 550 Secas (black springs on one, chrome on the other) and am very pleased, will be ordering up a set for my 650 as well.

The only decision is: Black springs or chrome...?

I came very close to buying them last year but I chickened out and spent the extra $ for air shocks...and love them.

I couldn't decide if the "modern" look would work with a 25 year old bike.

PLEASE tell us how they ride when you get the snow melted (and all the cinders off the road too)

I too am shopping for shocks. If I shove on the back end it will bounce 3 times before it stops 8O .

I am contemplating these, the IKON's (formerly KONI) and the Progressives.

These are cool, modern and cheap, the last of which scares me.

The IKON's look original and have the dampening adjustment too, but are kinda spendy.

I know the progressives are good because (a) Chacel sells them and (b) so many memebers have had good luck with them. But I just don't like the look of the spring covers on each end, looks kinda "harley" and out of place to me.

But I just noticed that you don't have the "covers" on your shocks Fitz, are they removable, or can they be ordered without?
