    Um, you will note that the second rider was northbound in the southbound lanes. I guess his time was too valuable to wait in line like everybody else.

    That's just stupidity and blatant disregard of laws and (un)common sense.

    Unfortunately Rider 1, minding his own business and obeying the laws, had to suffer for it.
