    Hi,
I'm trying to put the engine back together. I need to install the driving gear etc. does anyone have any tips on putting this back in with the output shaft as well? I know they've got to fit perfectly so that they mesh properly.
Is there just 1 shim on the driving shaft?
I'm looking at Pages 94 & 95 in the Haynes Manual and trying to work out the shim size (formula A=c-a-b)
But i can't see the 'value etched on the rear of the crankcase'?
    Thanks in advance
    Nick
