    Hey guys I know I saw a post on here of the whole engine being dismantled step by step with tons of pics I can't seem to find it anywhere I tried searching every possible way, if anyone has a link to it that would be amazing thank you

    XJ750 Engine Removal and Split
    Your 650 will be nearly the same.
    You should still have the FSM and Haynes handy though. Putting it back together is the tricky part.

    Might I enquire as to why the teardown is needed?

    OH. When reassembling the case halves Loctite 518 or 515 is your friend.

    Just if I have to replace the starter clutch, I just bought a battery but it's going back fully charged only reading 9.5v so gonna replace the battery now with a new see what happens and just keep going down the line

    Keep it simple 9.5 volts won't cut it
    Don't be pessimistic she will start.... Just keep telling the bike "who's your daddy"
