help need torque values

    iIts been 8years sence i tore down the top end of my '82 XJ750 j to have a easy out drillled out from the exaust stud. I've lost my yahmaha shop manual and cant find the torque values to begin the rebuild. i need the head stud/nut torque sequience and value, exaust flange torque, and the camshaft cap torque values just to get started. If you have a manual with this information could you post a reply.
    Oh yeah i read on a web site linked to the links page that a xj 750 will only do like 125 miles per hour is complete B.S. I believe that my 750 does about 155mph and closer to 165 down hill, because thats what the guys speedo said he was doing when i was pulling away from him on Interstate 70 in Kansas.

    Head/stud torque sequence: start in the center and work your way out in an 'X' pattern.

    Crankcase torque specs: 17.5 ft-lb
    Head torque specs: 23.1 ft-lb
    Cam Caps torque specs: 7.2 ft-lb
    Cylinder head cover: 7.2 ft-lb
    Exhaust flange torque: 7.2 ft-lb
