    Hi,
    To clarify...
    1. Your 1 wire turn signal lamps were working fine.

    2. You replaced them with new 2 wire turn signals.
    __2a. Incandescent replacements?
___2a.1 If incandescent, Are they single filament or double filament.
____2a.1.a If single filament, are they grounded via the ground properly.
___2a.2 If double filament is the correct bulb being used...
____2a.2.a Is the bulb holder grounded?
____2a.2.b Are you trying to energise both filaments? What overall wattage?
    __2b. LED replacements?
___2b.1 Is the correct load being applied to the circuit for the relay to energise and pulse?

    3. You have no power reaching the new turn signals.
__3a. Tested with multimeter, what voltage are you getting? 0v?

    4. Checked the lighting fuse?

Barring any of that helping out...
You would really need to sit down with the wiring schematic, follow the wires and test for the correct impedance and voltages.

    Wiring Diagrams.
