    I need a 85-86 xj700x, maxim x carbs.. i only need 1 of them the pilot screw when bad.. and i try to take it off but i got real bad results.. email with prices asap.... but off course if u got the whole assambly i will take them too

    if some one want to trades i got 2 windshield for this bike black tinted from factory real cool but i dont like windshield they where give it to me when i got the bike all hardware included.. i will get a pic of it...

    you are going to have a hard time finding either, and then there is the issue of price. A yard might be your best bet.

    What about taking the rack to a machine shop? I had two studs brake off on the external portion of my max x engine and they charged me 25 bucks to take them both out. Of course, the engine was out of the bike at the time.

    I may have a good used single carb body, send me an e-mail or a PM and let me know which carb body it is (#1 is the far left as you're sitting on the bike, #2 is left of center, #3 is right of center, #4 is the far right).

    I have a set that I will sell. A member of the list said he wanted them then quit communicating so they are up for grabs. One has about a 3/4 inch part of the lip where it goes into the intake boot broken but it doesn't affect it's sealing. They were on the bike when I bought it but I found another set with better chrome caps so I replaced the rack.

    These are from a 1985 Maxim X.
