...But, how many here have attempted this? I am getting a set of clubman bars for my bike, and love the cleanliness of hidden brake / clutch cables. However, the diameter of the bars is small, obviously (7/8") and I am having a difficult time envisioning how to do it. Can anyone guide me on this?

I know some of the earlier Hondas had hidden lines, maybe a set of clubmans for one of those might work?

Is it possible to run smaller lines or maybe just swap out for bigger risers for say 1" bars? You could probably mod the original risers by carefully grinding a 1/16" out of both pieces of the risers with a Dremel or similar tool.
