    this'll be a general question, but I'm working on a 72 CB350 (twin).

There's No Vacume ports on this thing for syncronization. I think the only way to use a tool to sync is measuring the exhaust pressure!!! cause I know how to do that

I had the bike running perfect, went to adjust the idle down a Tad (from 1800) and on this bike the carbs are not linked together, so each one has it's own idle screw. sicne then I can't get it to run good again, sputtering and stuff.

But when i rev it to 4000 it get stuck there and I have to kill the motor. Here's the funny thing. I can turn the kill switch back to the 'On' position as the idle is coming down and it'll idle at 1 thousand something again.

Does that point to one specific thing?

    Thanks

Most of the old Hondas have a screw in the intake to sync carbs. The screw comes out and you put a adaptor in. Get the carbs right and then see if it has the same problems.
I had a CB350 years ago and it had the screws to do a carb sync, I still have the adapters I made for it.
