I'm trying to figure out how to bypass the battery sensor on my 82' XJ750 using a mantenance free Shorai Lithium Iron LiFePO4 Battery LFX14A2-BS12. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :)

    Chacal sells a device (xjforever).

They was also a way to hot wire it, but don't try that till others speak up with details.

I grabbed same battery except opposite polarity positions vs stock setups.

Connect a ring terminal to the end of the sensor wire and connect to a live feed. this will tell the computer that battery has power and stop it from blinking.

I think that this method is also listed in len's bible on the electrics somewhere?
    :)
